| 摘要: |
| 将葡萄卷叶伴随病毒Ⅲ的CP基因克隆到表达载体pET-30a中，转化大肠杆菌BL21，筛选得到阳性克隆GB-1，用IPTG诱导使其表达。SDS-PAGE电泳分析表明，该CP基因在大肠杆菌BL21中得到大量表达。用该病毒的CP抗血清通过间接ELISA证明所表达的蛋白具有很好的抗原性。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this study,the coat protein gene of GLRaV-3 was cloned into expression vector PET-30a,then translated into E.coli BL21,and the recombinant plasmid was obtained.GLRaV-3 coat protein gene was expressed in E.coli through IPTG inducing.And a 35 Ku peculiar protein as expected was showed in SDS-PAGE.The antigenicity of this protein using ELISA was verified as well. |
