| 利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对抗病×感病的葡萄种间杂交组合白河-35-1×佳利酿的亲本及其F1代的24株杂种进行了抗白粉病的遗传分析,从196个随机引物中获得了1个与中国野生葡萄抗白粉病基因连锁的RAPD标记OPV03-1380,并在中国野生葡萄华东株系和欧洲葡萄品种中进行了分析验证。 |

| The gentic analysis of the resitance to powdery midew of Chnese wild Vitis was carried out with the parents and 24 F1 individuals of interspecific hybridization combination Baihe-35-1×Carignane (Resistant×Susceptible) by randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique.A total of 196 random primers were screened on the DNA of resistnat and susceptible materials.OPV03-1380,a PAPD marker,which linked to powdery mildew resistant gene in Chinese wild Vitis,was obtained.Additionally,the OPV03-1380 was tested among clones of V.pseudoreticulata of Chinese wild Vitis and varieties of V.vinifera. |
