| 根据农业银行运行机制的特征 ,分析了中国农业银行运行中面临的主要问题 ,即政企不分、产权不明、行政干预、规模不经济、法规制度不健全等。认为应实行股份制改造 ,健全产权约束机制 ;实行集约化布局 ,完善区际协调机制 ;实行配套改革 ,优化外部环境机制等措施来完善中国农业银行运行机制。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on features of the operation mechanism of agricultural bank, the
major problems related to the operation of the Agricultural Bank of China were put
forward—no distinction between administration and enterprise; vagueness of property
rights; inefficient scale; incomplete laws and regulations and so on. Some measures to
improve the operation mechanism of the Agricultural Bank of China were also
suggested:①to carry out stock system to better property right smonitoring system;②
to properly layoutprofit-oriented branch offices to coordinate the operation of branches;
③to conduct related banking reforms to improve the external environment mechanism
of the Agricultural Bank of China. |
