| 针对食品加工超滤过程中的膜污染问题 ,采用丙烯酸、Tween20和十二烷基硫酸钠 3种物质对聚砜中空纤维膜进行了表面改性的试验研究 ,通过回归方程得出了最优处理条件 ,优化工作条件下所得毛细上升质量及回归方程计算结果表明 ,对于用作果汁澄清处理的聚砜中空纤维膜 ,以十二烷基硫酸钠对其的改性效果最好。 |

| A study on surface modification of polysulphone hollow-fiber ultra-filtration membrane |

| Abstract: |
| Three kinds of surfactants (Acrylic acid,Tween20,S.D.S) were applied to modify the surface of polysulphone hollow-fiber membrane.The results indicated that these surfactants could improve hydrophilicity.The regression model was established and the capillary ascending quantity obtained under an optimum working condition.The result counted by a regression equation showed that the modified effect of surface of polysulphone hollow-fiber membrane,as a clearing treatment membrane to fruit juice.S.D.S was most effective. |
