| 用不同方法进行普通烟草叶肉细胞原生质体培养 ,在低温 ( 1 0℃ )预处理原生质体分离材料后 ,加厚双层培养基中的固相至固液相体积比为 4∶ 1～ 5∶ 1时 ,有利于愈伤组织的快速形成和植株再生。 |

| Abstract: |
| Different methods are used to cultivate leaf protoplast of Nicotiana tabacum.After pre-treatment of protoplastmaterial at low temperature (10℃), two-later culture medium is thickened to the extent that the volume redio of solid and liquid reached 4∶1-5∶1,which is quite helpful for rapid emergence of callus and plant regeneration. |
