百合花不同发育期生理变化与衰老关系的研究

摘要:
以百合(lilium)“精萃”为材料,研究了百合花不同发育期某些生理变化与花朵的发育及衰老的关系。结果发现,可溶性蛋白质随花朵的发育与衰老明显下降,细胞膜相对透性显著上升;膜脂过氧化水平的丙二醛含量逐渐增加,过氧化物酶活性随衰老进程提高,在衰老后期活性较高,而超氧化物歧化酶在衰老前期活性较高。

Abstract:
This paper,using elite (lilium) as material,studies the relation of some changes of lily physiology,development and senescence in different growth periods.The soluble protein content,with the development and senescence of lily flowers,was obviously decreased,while the plasma membrance permeability increased.Also,a marked increase in malondialchyde (MDA),used as a criterion of the level of membrane lipid proxidation,was observed.Meanwhile,the activity of POD (peroxidase) was increased in the process of senescence of lily flowers and its activity was higher in the later stage of senescence,while the activity of SOD (superoxide dismutase) was decreased in the process of senescence of lily flowers and its activity was higher in the early stage of senescence.
