陕甘小麦品种及抗源的高温抗条锈性研究

摘要:
小麦苗期接种条锈菌(Puccinia striiformis West.)后,分别采用高温(21±1)℃和常温(14±1)℃处理,测定了陕西、甘肃两省主栽品种及抗源的高温抗条锈性。结果表明,陕927、陕897、兰天1号、豫麦21和钱保德等品种具有高温抗条锈性,陕农757、西植9420、M8003-06、绵阳11、繁6、天选36和里勃留拉等品种可能具有高温抗条锈性。

Abstract:
The high-temperature resistance of wheat cultivars from Shaanxi and Gansu provinces to wheat stripe rust is investigated in wheat seedlings inoculated with Puccinia striiformis is West. by high temperature treatment (21±1)℃ and normal temperature treatment (14±1)℃, respectively.The result shows that wheat varieties, such as Shaan 927, Shaan 897, Lantian 1,Yumai 21 and Chambord, are of high-temperature resistance to stripe rust; Shaannong 757, Xizhi 9420, M8003-06, Mianyang 11, Fan 6,Tianxuan 36 and Libellula are probably of high-temperature resistance to stripe rust.
