| 对榆林地区“全国北方春小麦区试”1997～1998年两年度参试品种(系)品质性状的分析认为,年际之间的气候差异对品种籽粒品质的影响甚大;在该地区选育产量和品质性状均较稳定的新品种极为重要。在较好的气候条件下,榆林地区可以生产出质量较高的小麦商品粮。榆林春小麦的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量较高,但沉淀值较低。 |

| Yulin District of Shaanxi belongs to north-spring-wheat-zone, spring-later maturity-long-day-region, and semi-dry-ecological area. The sown area of spring wheat in Yulin amounts to 200 thousand Mu (13333 hm2), and wheat varieties and lines that have drought resistance, cold tolerance and suitable for poor soil fertility have been bred.But, their grain quality properties have not been tested.After the analysis of wheat quality properties from“The Spring Wheat Variety Testing Program in North China”,the results show: The difference of weather in years has largest effect on grain quality parameters. It is very improtant in this area that the varietywith stable, higher yield and good quality be selected. Under better weather conditions, commercial grain of wheat with good quality can be produced.Wheat varieties in Yulin District contain higher protein,wet gluten contents and lower sedimentation value. |
