液培条件下钾细菌对土壤养分的活化作用研究

摘要:
采用液体培养法研究供试钾细菌在有N、无N培养条件下,对黄砂和黄绵土中矿物态K,P,Si,Ca,Fe,M n和Zn的生物活化作用。结果表明:①供试钾细菌以淀粉、蔗糖和葡萄糖为碳源时均有一定产酸作用。以黄砂和黄绵土为磷钾源时培养液pH分别降低1. 2~1. 8和0. 7~1. 2;②接种钾细菌能促进黄砂和黄绵土中矿物态K,P, Si,Ca,Fe及M n元素的显著活化,较不接种对照分别提高27. 9%~39. 2%, 19. 3%, 16. 1%~71. 0%, 342. 0%,150. 6%及1 463. 9%;③钾细菌在无N培养条件下对矿物态养分的活化作用优于含N培养;④钾细菌对黄绵土中的Zn元素无明显活化作用。

Abstract:
The dissolving effect of the silicate bacteria to the K, P, Si,Ca, Fe,Mn and Zn elements in the mineralof loess soil and sand at the culture condition with nitrogen and no nitrogen by the liquid culture and chemical analyses methods.The results indicated that:①The silicate bacteria tested can produce acid in the liquid culture with the carbon source of starch, glucose and sucrose.The pH of the cultural liquid decreased 1. 2 ~1. 8 pH unite and 0. 7~1. 2 pH unite at adding sand and loess soil to supporting the phosphorous-potassium element, respectively.②The quantity of the K, P, Si, Ca, Fe and Mn elements dissolved enhanced 27. 9%~39. 2%, 19. 3%, 16. 1%~71. 0%, 342. 0%, 150. 6% and 1463. 9% than the check experiment by the silicate bacteria, respectively.③The dissolving effect of the silicate bacteria to the elements in the mineral was strong in the culture with nitrogen than without nitrogen.④The zinc element didnt dissolved by silicate bacteria in loess soil.
