| This paper discribes the formation of modern enterprise property-right
system, discusses the differences between the coorporation property and the enterprise
ownership, and declears the potential of the system.To the anthors points, the modern
enterprise property-right system smoothes the contradiction of the ownership clearization and socialization and accelerates the clearization and socializatian of enterprise
mangement by its special characters. |
