摘要:

通过对灾害理论问题研究的大量资料分析，从学科创立、出版论著、研究工作、学术交流及灾害教育等方面，比较系统全面地论述了中国灾害学产生和发展的背景及特征；提出了目前我国灾害学研究中存在的学科义界、灾害范畴、灾害分类及评估方法等关键性问题。
