气缸活塞组磨损对柴油机性能影响的研究

摘要:
采用正交试验设计的方法,研究S195柴油机气缸活塞组磨损对柴油机有效功率和耗油率的影响。试验表明,活塞环开口间隙对柴油机有效功率和耗油率的影响最为显著,缸套活塞间隙次之。随着各间隙量的增加,有效功率均有所下降,耗油率上升。

Abstract:
The orthogonally designed experiment method is employed in this paper to study the influence of the wearing down of the cylinder-piston group of S195 diesel engine on the effective power and specific fuel consumption.This experiment shows that the open clearance of the piston ring makes the most notable impact on the effective engine power and the specific fuel consumption,and that the clearance between the piston and the cylinder liner makes the second.With the increase of the clearance,the effective power goes down and the specific fuel consumption goes up.
