砷对小麦种子萌发影响的探讨

摘要:
以砷对小麦种子萌发的影响进行了研究,结果表明:砷浓度≤7. 5 mg·L-1时,对小麦发芽率、芽长的影响不大;砷浓度>7. 5mg·L-1时,砷浓度与发芽率、芽长呈显著的负相关;砷浓度≥1. 0mg·L-1时,对根长有显著影响,浓度愈大,抑制愈强。砷对根系活力、α-淀粉酶活性有极显著、显著地抑制作用,对呼吸强度亦有抑制趋势。两种价态砷毒性不同,对形态特征的毒性为As(Ⅲ)>As(Ⅴ),对生理生化特性的毒性为As(Ⅴ)>As(Ⅲ).

Investigation on the Effect of Arsenic on Wheat Seed Germination
Abstract:
Through studying arsenic effect on winter wheat germination, the results obtained are as follows:with a concentration≤7. 5mg·L-1, arsenic has little influence on germination percentage and bud length, but with arsenic concentration >7. 5mg·L-1, a significant negative correlation occurs between the arsenic concentration and the germination percentage and bud length; with arsenic concentration ≥1. 0mg·L-1, the effect of arsenic on root length has significant influence, and its inhibition will be stronger when the concentration increases. The inhibition of arsenic on root activity and α-amylase activity is very significantor significant, and arsenic also has significant inhibition to respiratory intensity. But the toxic actions of contamination of the two different valences arsenic are different: the toxic action of As(Ⅲ) with morphogical peculiarity is larger than that of As(Ⅴ).On the contrary, the toxic action of As(Ⅴ) with physiological-biochemical characters is larger than that of As(Ⅲ).
