| 从资源平衡与效率、资源限定与时空拓展等方面对农业资源的可持续利用进行了理论探讨。在概念上对资源生产效率、资源利用效率、资源效益等进行了明确的界定。以农产品增长量为判断标准，提出资源生产效益同时取决于资源生产效率和资源投入规模的观点，为我国继续增加农业资源投入规模提供了理论依据。根据农业资源在生产过程中相互联系规律和作用特点，确定了不同农业资源类型的运作策略及可持续利用的时空拓展途径与开发方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| The agricultural resource balance and the resource productive efficiency as well as the limitations and time and space development were discussed for agricultural resource sustainable uses.The conceptions of resource productive efficiency,resource use efficiency and resource productive benefits were defined in this paper.It is shown that the agricultural product increment was used as a criteria to evaluate the resource productive benefit,which is not only related to the resource productive efficiency,but also is decided by resource investment scale.It provided a theoretical basis to continue the increase of agricultural resource investment scale in China.According to the relationship and their effective characters of agricultural resource factors in agricultural productive process,the management strategies of various kinds of resources were decided.The approaches on time and space development of agricultural resource sustainable use were discussed. |
