| 提出了农地市场切割性的概念，指出农地位置固定性和区域自然特征是农地市场切割的基础，社会经济环境的切割性加深农地市场的切割性。运用美国多个州的资料和中国耕地地价预测资料进行了实证分析，并在市场切割情况下，提出空间地价模型，指出了弥补切割性不足的办法。 |

| This article defines the concept of discontinuity of agricultrual landmarket,
and points out that the discontinuity of agricultural land market is based on the unmovement of agricultural land and regional natural character, and deepened with that social
and economic discontinuity.Also, the analysis using American data and Chinese estimated data is conducted and a spacial model of land price estabished. |
