NaCl胁迫对作物幼苗氮素吸收和累积的影响

摘要:
采用黄瓜、菠菜、大豆幼苗进行水培试验,研究其在NaCl胁迫下对氮素的吸收和累积。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,黄瓜和菠菜幼苗的生长受到显著抑制,吸收和累积NO3-的量显著下降;而大豆几乎不受影响。以NH4+-N为氮源时,大豆对NH4+的吸收受到抑制。3种作物吸收Cl-和Na+的速率远高于吸氮速率。

Influences of NaCl Stress on Nitrogen Uptake and Accumulation of Soybeans,Spinach and Cucumber Seedlings
Abstract:
Solution culture experiments were conducted with soybean, cucumber and spinach to study the effect of NaCl stress on their uptake and accumulation of N.The results obtained show that under NaCl stress, the growth of soybean, spinach and cucumber seedlings were dramatically inhibited.The uptake and accumulation of NO3--N by spinach and cucumber seedlings was greatly decreased.However, the influence of NaCl stress on soybean uptake of NO3--N was negligiable.NH4+-N uptake was inhibited when NH4+-N alone supplied as nitrogen source. The Cl- and Na+ uptake rate by the three crops was much higher than that of nitrogen.
