| 利用简单随机抽样获得亚东山羊(n= 6),高原型藏山羊(n= 15)样本,以吕梁山羊为对照进行基因组DNA RAPD及RFLP标记的分析。结果表明,序列为5′-TGGTG-CACTC-3′的随机引物可以作为区分亚东山羊与高原型藏山羊的标记引物, S及MAPD在某种程度上揭示了类群间遗传相似性;EcoRⅠ,HaeⅢ单酶切,EcoRⅠ/HindⅢ双酶切亚东山羊和高原型藏山羊基因组DNA分别产生可观察的RFLP条带。 |

| RAPD and RFLP Markers of Tibetan Goat |

| Abstract: |
| Compared with Luliang Goat (n= 8),Yadong (n= 6) and plateau type
goats (n= 15) samples were collected with simple random sampling.The genomic DNA
were determined by RAPD and RFLP.The result indicated that the 14th primer could be
confirmed as a marked primer to discern Yadong and plateau type goats. The genetic
variation between populations was promulgated by similarity index and MAPD to some
extent.Respectively, 2 and 1 RFLP bands were detected with EcoRⅠand HaeⅢ singlecutting, I and 2 bands with EcoRⅠ/HindⅢ double-cutting. |
