| 应用模糊综合评判的理论与方法，建立了渭南城市土地定级综合评定模型与评定指标及模糊综合评定计算模型。通过计算，评判出渭南城市土地分为5个级别，其结果反映出该市土地质量的实际差别（高低）程度。旨在为该市的土地开发利用及有偿转让提供科学依据。 |

| The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and index as well as the calculation model for Weinan City urbanland classification are established in this paper based on the theory and method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The city is classified into five regions,reflecting actual difference of land quality,which could be used as a scientific evidence for the municipal land development and transfer. |
