| 8只奶山羊单剂量快速静注亚硒酸钠(0.4 mL·kg-1)后,血硒浓度时间曲线表明,动力学特征符合二室开放模型。其最佳方程为c=2.209e-2.601t+1.124e-0.075t.其他动力学参数:分布半衰期(tα/2)为0.294 h,消除半衰期(tβ/2)为10.110 h,表观分布容积(Va)为353.033 mL·kg-1,体清除率(CLB)为25.04 mL·kg-1·h-1,曲线下面积(AUC)为16.658mg·h·L-1.依据单剂参数,以一个半衰期为给药间隔,推算出重复给药的动力学参数。 |

| Eight milk goats are treated with a single dosage of sodium selenite
(0.4 mg·kg-1 Bw) intravenously and rapidly.The two-compartment open model with
first-order disabsorption adequately describes plasma selenium disposition. The best
selenium concentration-time equation is C= 2. 209e-2.601t+ 1. 124e-0.075t. The
toxicokinetics parameters are as follwos:tα/2:0.294h,tβ/3:1 0.110 h,Vd:353.033mL·kg-1 ,ClB/sub>:25.040 mL·kg-1·h-1,16.658 μg·mL-1.According to the parameters
of single dose, if the dosage intervl equals one half-life of selenium in goats, the
parameters of repeat dosage can be calculated. |
