| 摘要: |
| 对家兔进行了美丽马醉木叶毒素毒性试验。临床化验表明，红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量、血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、胆碱酯酶活性均有不同程度升高。病理学检查发现，全身各组织器官出血、淤血、心脏扩张，肺严重淤血性水肿，心、肺、肝、肾实质细胞变性甚至坏死。 |

| Abstract: |
| A study of the toxicity of the Pieris formosa leaf toxin to rabbits was
conducted.The clinicopathological changes showed that both the amounts of RBC,
WBC,and Hb and the activities of SGPT,SGOT,SLDH and SchE had various degrees of
increase.The pathological changes indicated such symptoms as tissue hemorrhage and
extravasation,heart enlargement and pulmonary edema as well as cell degeneration and
necrobiosis of heart,liver and kidney. |
