| 将马铃薯Y病毒中国分离株(PVY-C)的6KD和NIa基因拼接和改造,分别构建了其正向表述和反向转录的植物表达载体。借助土壤农杆菌LAB4404将在此双元载体上的6KD和NIa基因及新霉素磷酸转移酶基因(NPTⅡ)转入到烟草品种NC89的染色体上,从而获得了抗卡那霉素的转化再生烟草植株。用PVY-C对这些转化烟草进行抗性接种试验,结果表明部分转基因植株能够抵制PVY-C的侵染,对抗病植株的子一代(R1)进行进一步的抗性分析发现,其R1代通过遗传也获得了这种抗病性。 |

| Mediate Resistance of Tobacco Transformed with 6 kD and NIa Genes of PVY-C to Virus Infection |

| The entire 6 kD and nuclear inclusion a (Nla) genes of potato virus Y
chinese isolate (PVY一C) were inserted correctly into the Plant expression binary vector
PBin 438 in sense and antisense directions respectively.By the mediation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404,these genes (with NPTⅠ) were transformed to the chromosomes of cv.NC89 tobacco and anti一Kn transformed tobacco plants were obtained.Resistant inoculation tests with PVY一C revealed that several transgenic plants could suppress
virus infection.By iaheritance,R1 progeny of these resistant tobaccoes indicated inhibition also. |
