摘要:

动力学和热力学方法在土壤酶学中的应用日益受到重视。本文对国内外特别是国外在探讨土壤酶作用机理、存在状态、来源及在农业生产上的实用价值等方面的研究现状作一综述，以期对动力学和热力学方法在国内土壤生物化学研究工作中的广泛应用提供参考。

Abstract:

The application of kinetics and thermodynamics in soil enzyme has become more and more important.This paper reviews the reaction mechanism,existing states,resources and practical value of soil enzyme in agricultural production so as to provide references for extensive application in research of soil biological chemistry in China.
