摘要:

研究了主成分分析法在平菇分类中的应用。利用从７个量化综合性状选出的三个主成分性状，将来自不同产地的１４株平菇分为４类。

Classification of Pleurotus austreatus with the technique of Pricipal Component Analysis

Abstract:

The application of Principal component analysis(PCA)technique to the classification of the edible fungi(Pleurotus austreatus)is described in this paper. And 14 strains of the mushroom from different origins have been classified into 4 groups by using 3 principal comprehensive characters selected from 7 quantified ones.
