汤峪水电站调压阀运行可靠性分析

摘要:
通过对汤峪水电站的计算分析,确定当导叶无分段关闭装置时,调压阀流量为1.7m3/s,行程52mm,导叶快关闭时间1.99s,导叶慢关闭时间17.89s;当导叶设有分段关闭装置时,调压阀流量为1.44m3/s,行程44mm,导叶第一段关闭时间1.8s,导叶两段关闭总时间4.42s,即能满足要求。

Abstract:
By means of calculation and analysis at Tangyu Water Power Station, some regulated parameters were determined.When the guide vane was not installed with stage-closing devices,the flow rate of pressure regulating valve was 1.7m3/s,and the travel was 52 mm with 1.99 s for the fast closing time of the guide vane and 17.895 for the slow closing time;when the guide vane and operated with stage-closing devices,the flow rate of the pressure regulating valve was 1.44m3/s,and the travel was 44 mm with 1.85 and 4.425 for the total closing time of the two stages.Both ways could meet the design requirements
