| 试验表明,10%浏阳霉素、20%灭扫利、20%三氯杀螨醇、25%单甲醚、73%克螨特对棉红蜘蛛成蛛毒力较高,LC_(50)均在100μg·mL-1以下,田间药效均在90%以上,药效持续10d以上140%久效磷、50%甲胺磷药效次之;而50%乙基1605、40%氧化乐果、40%乐果毒力较低,田间防效较差,不宜在生产上继续应用。田间施药时稀释用水量可左右防效,棉花苗期以900kg/hm2为宜,蕾期以后为1350kg/hm2.在药液中加1%尿素后喷施,可提高防效,促进棉株恢复生长,增产幅度16.5%~23.8%. |

| Elevencotton rod spider mite (Tetranychus cinnabarinus) insectieides
were tested both in labs and cotton fields in Shaanxi Province.The results showed that
10% of Liuyangmycin,20% of Meothrin,20% of Kelthane,25% of Azaform,73% of
Omite,40% of Nuvacron and 50% of Monitor were all effective to the adult mites.Their
effects reached over 90% and lasted about ten days in the fields.50% of Alkron,40% of
Folimat and 40% of Rogor were effectiveless and not suitable to use on a large scale.
Sprayed water quantity was also important in controlling the spider mites.900 kg/hm2
was suitable at seedling stage and l,300 kg at cotton bud and boll stage.A combination
with l% of Urea could promote the control effects and the retrieval of damaged plant.
AS a result.the cotton yield could increase from 16.5% to 23.8%. |
