| 摘要: |
| 利用色质联用仪，采用特征离子对总离子流全过程检测的方法，分析了小麦、油菜、荞麦３种作物根分泌物中非极性和弱极性组分的异同。结果表明，３种作物根分泌物中均含有软脂酸、硬脂酸、酚类、酮类和烃类化合物；磷高效作物——油菜、荞麦的根分泌物中含有５－乙基－２－壬醇、２－十四醇和另外２个未知的醇，而小麦的根分泌物中却没有发现这４种醇的存在。 |

| With the characteristic ion detection method and GC-MS , some hydrophobic components from the root exudates of rape,wheat and buckwheat were analysed in this paper. The results showed that all the three crops contained stearic acid,phenols ,ketones and hydrocarbons.5-ethyl-2-nonanol,tetradecanol-2 and twoother unknown alcohols were found in the root of exudates of rape and buckwheat,but they were not detected out in the root exudates of wheat |
