植物秸秆模压成型流变特性的试验研究

摘要:
植物秸秆在圆锥形模具中模压成型时的流变特性受压缩力、温度、模具锥度、原料粒度等条件的影响。试验结果表明:随着压缩力和模具锥度增大、原料粒度减小、加热温度升高,成型物高度增高、底厚变薄。

Abstract:
The reological properties of cornstalk in the mold press process are affected considerably by the compression load,the temperature,the conieal angle of the mould and the particlesize of the materials. The results of the experiment shows that with the increase of the compression load and the conical angle of the mould,and that with the increase of thetemperature,the formed cup height increases while the bottom thickness thins down.
