| 《农言著实》是清代一部很有价值的农书。从经营管理的角度分析，该书独树一帜，对微观的农户经营管理作了专门的阐述，因此在中国传统农业管理思想的研究中，具有十分重要的地位。该书对杆子钐麦得失的分析，对锄谷的工本与增收的计算比较，表现了中国传统农业在微观管理方面所达到的水平。该书提出的农时管理、土地管理、农业生产过程管理、精打细算和多种经营等思想，是中国传统农业管理思想的精华。 |

| An agricultural book in the Qing Dynasty —《Nong Yan Zhu Shi》《Verbal Directions and Practical Experience on Agriculture》 is of great value.The book is the
only one to deal with the micro-operation and management of peasant households.For
this reason,the book occupies an important place in studying the traditional Chinese agricultural management thinkings. In the book,the author analysed the gains and loss of
cutting wheat with the long-pole sickles,calculated the cost and benefits of hoeing culture,thus,indicating that the traditional Chinese agriculture reached the high level in micro-management.This book suggests the important ideas of farming seasonal management,land use management,management of agricultural production process,strict
budgement and careful calculation and diversified economy,which are the essence of traditional Chinese agricultural management. |
