| 对１２６头２９～５８日龄大约克夏仔猪饲粮中添加柠檬酸的效果进行了试验，设０％，０．５％，１．０％，１．５％和２．０％５个处理组。对各组不同日龄阶段仔猪的增重、耗料增重比、腹泻头日数进行研究的结果表明：断奶后（４１～５８日龄）添加柠檬酸的各组比对照组在增重和饲料利用率方面均有提高，且在此阶段添加１．５％的柠檬酸组日增重极显著高于对照组（P＜０．０１），显著高于２．０％柠檬酸组（P＜０．０５）。添加柠檬酸各组腹泻频率均较对照组降低。建议在仔猪饲粮中添加１．０％～１．５％的柠檬酸。 |

| This experiment invloving 126 large Yorkshire piglets was conducted to
investgate the effect of adding citric acid to the diets for piglets at the age of 29～58 days
old.There were 5 treatment groups with citric acid added to five levels of 0%,0.5%,
l,0%,1.5% or 2.0%.The statistics on weight gain,feed/gain efficiency and the diarrhea of every group at different ages were analysed.The results also indicated that
piglets in all the groups with citric acid added to their diets improved their weight gain
and feed/gain efficiency after weanling (at the age of 41～58 days),and that the piglets
were fed with diets with 1.5% of citric acid added to gained weight faster than those only fed with the diets in the control (P<0.01) and 2.0% of citric acid diets (P<0.05).
A11 the groups of piglets with their diets added with citric acid can decrease the incidence
of diarrhea in comparision with the piglets in the control.Therefore,it is suggested that
only 1.0%一1.5% of citric acid be added to piglets’diets. |
