| This paper deals with some problems concerning the protection of managemental system of contracted croplands, the further deepening reform of food circulation system and the investtment increase into macro-agricultural production. Also, this paper presents some suggestions on the price of cropland transfer, the working-out of protective food price and the invetment inclination by the governments. |
