| 选用8个平菇（Pleurotus ostreatus）菌株进行不完全双列杂交，对杂交组合的菌丝生长速度、产量等15个性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明：各性状具有不同的遗传差异和基因效应。通过配合力效应值估算，得出了8个亲本中的2个优良亲本．同时，根据特殊配合力效应值，初步评选出了理想的杂交组合。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the present experiment,8 strains of Pl. ostreatus were selected and crossed between their monokaryons with incomplete diallel cross design.Combining ability variance for the 15 traits was analysed.The results showed that the traits were different in genetic and gene effects.According to the estimation of values of combining ability effect,two parents out of 8 parents were selected as the better parents,and at the same time,based on the values of special combining ability effect,the ideal cross combinations were primarily evaluated and selected. |
