| 用银染技术对中国4个地方黄牛品种（蒙古牛、秦川牛、岭南牛和西镇牛）40头的Ag-NOR，作了比较研究。结果表明，蒙古牛、秦川牛和岭南牛每细胞Ag-NORs，数变化范围为3～10个，西镇牛为2～10个，平均分别为5.818±0.513，5.473±0.316，5.377±0.279和5.178±0.354．Ag-NORs，表现了细胞、个体和品种间的多态性。 |

| Ag-NORs of four native cattle breeds(Mongolian,Qinechuan,Lingnan and
Xizhen cattle)in China with total number of 40 cattles were studied comparatively by silver staining technique.The results showed that the Ag-NORs.number of eaeh cell of
Mongolian,Qinchuan and Lingnan breeds varied from 3～10,and Xizhen breed from 2～10.The average Ag-NORs.number of Mongolian,Qinchuan,Lingnan and Xizhen breeds
