| 用白化菌系作标记,发现在小麦叶片上,小麦条锈菌不同小种间可发生芽管结合并形成结合体。染核观察发现,结合体内有1～4个细胞核。研究结果表明,在多小种共存的自然条件下,不同小种的夏孢子在小麦叶片上发生芽管结合,可能是小麦条锈菌发生异核作用的重要方式之一。 |

| The fusion of urediospore germ tubes and the fusion body formation Puccinia striiformis West. are found to occur on wheat leaves using the albino mutant strain as a marker. One to four nuclei are observed in a single fusion body. The result indicates that in the natural field condition where many physiological races coexist,the fusion of urediospore germ tubes from different races might be one of the important means by which heterokaryosis occurs in P. striiformis West. |
