山萸去核机的主要工作部件及参数研究

摘要:
为保证去核性能,喂料装置应单粒喂入。去核辊宜采用食品橡胶材料,直径不宜小于150mm,表面制成大齿纹可提高去核性能。慢辊转速取60r/min左右为宜,快慢转辊速比选3较佳。去核间隙应在2.0~2.5mm之间进行微调。两辊之一宜采用弹簧浮动支承,压紧弹簧的压力能根据山萸果的软硬进行调整。

Abstract:
In order to ensure normal performances of core removal, the feeding device should be designed for the single-grain feeding. The core removing roller should be made of food-rubber with its diameter less than 150 mm, and the ruller's surface made in sections can improve its function of core-removal. The revolution speed of slowroller can be 60 RPM and the revolution speed ratio between fast and slow rollers shouldbe 3:1. The core-removal clearance should be fine-adjusted between 2.0-2.5 mm; and one of the two rollers should use the spring float-support, and the pressure upon the spring can be adjusted according to the softness or hardness of Cornus Officinalis.
