猪银染核仁组成区遗传规律的研究

摘要:
采用群体分析法,证明猪Ag-NORs的遗传方式属等显性。提出了细胞型频率与染色体型频率、平均细胞型频率与平均染色体型频率的概念及其估算方法。发现在随机交配群体中,按Ag-NORs标记的(平均)细胞型频率与(平均)染色体型频率之间存在着类似于哈代—温伯格定律的关系,平均染色体型频率有类似于基因频率的作用,可用于群体间遗传相似性的分析。猪Ag-NORs的多态性主要是由于8Ag-NORs平均染色体型频率的不同所致。

Abstract:
The genetic pattern of Ag-NORs in swine was proved to be in codominance using the method of population analysis. The concepts of frequencies of cell-type, chromosome-type, average cell-type and average chromosome-type and their evaluation methods were suggested. It was found that there eixted the Hardy-Weinberg law in the relationships among the frequencies of cell-type and chromosome-type, the average frequencies of cell type and chromosome-type marked with Ag-NORs under random mating. The function of the average frequency of chromosome-type was similar to that of the gene frequency which would be used to analyse the genetic similarity among populations. The polymorphisms of Ag-NORs in swine were mainly caused by the differences of frequency of 8 Ag-NORs chromosome-type.
