温度对棉籽发育的影响

摘要:
1988~1989年研究结果表明,20℃以上的日均温有利于棉籽体积增大,干物质积累,可溶性糖和淀粉的产生和转化,以及油分和蛋白质的累积。20℃以下特别是17℃以下对上述方面均有不利影响。初步认为龄期15℃的日均温是棉籽干物质和油分累积趋于停止的临界温度。

Abstract:
The effects of temperature upon the development of cotton seeds were studies in the years of 1988- 1989. The results showed that daily mean temperature over 20℃ was favourable for volume expansion of cotton seeds, accumulation of dry matter, production and conversion of soluble sugar and starch, and accumulation of oil contents and proteins, but daily mean temperature below 20℃, particularly below 17℃ would have an unfavourable effect upon the above mentioned items. It was, initially, held that daily mean temperature of 15℃ in cotton boll period was the critical temperature for accumulation of dry matter and oil contents in cotton seeds.
