黄花棘豆有毒成分的分离与鉴定

摘要:
本研究从黄花棘豆中分离出吲哚兹定生物碱—苦马豆素,并证实这种生物碱对α-甘露糖甙酶有抑制作用。研究表明:人工饲喂黄花棘豆中毒羊血浆的α-甘露糖甙酶显著低于正常对照羊(P<0.01),停止饲喂黄花棘豆后,中毒羊逐渐康复,血浆α-甘露糖甙酶迅速恢复正常。经测定黄花棘豆及甘肃棘豆的苦马豆素含量分别为0.012%,0.021%。从而认为苦马豆素是黄花棘豆和甘肃棘豆的主要有毒成分。

THE ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF TOXIC COMPONETS FROM OXYTROPIS OCHROCEPHALA

Abstract:
The indolizidine alkaloid Swainsonine which inhibits α-mannosiciase has been isolated from O. ochrocephaia in this experiment, plasma α-man-nosidase of goats poisoned by feeding O. ochrocephaia was significantly lower than that of normal control animals(p<0.01) After O, ochrocephaia feeding stopped,the goats poisoned recovered from their illness gradually,and plasma α-mannosidase returned to normal conditions rapidly. Swainsonine analysis of the plant samples showed that Swainsonine ranges of O.ochrocephaia and Q.kansucnsis were 0.012% and 0.021% (D.W) respectively. Therefore, it is considered that the swainsonine is the principal toxic component of O,ochrocephaia and O.kansuensls.
