| 将HRP注入奶山羊颈交感干后,在注射侧的颈中神经节、星状神经节、T2-5椎旁节以及交感干中可见数量不等的标记细胞.其中以颈中、星状神经节标记细胞最多。椎旁节中的标记细胞向尾侧逐渐减少,交感干的标记细胞以弥散方式存在。在颈前节中未见标记细胞。以上结果表明,颈交感干中含有起于颈中神经节、星状神经节、T2—5椎旁节以及交感干上散在的小神经节的上行节后纤维。 |

| After injection of HRP into the cervical sympathetic trunk, the majority of labelled neurons were found in the ipsilateral middle cervical and stellate ganglia, a small number of labelled cells in the paravertebral ganglia, a few in the cervical sympathetic trunk. But there were no labelled cells in the cranial cervical ganglion. The labelled cells are small and medium in size with multipolar and round in shape. The findings jn the study showed that the cervical sympathetic trunk contain a considerable number of postganglionic fibers maiinly arising from the cervical medium and stellate ganglia, next, the para vertebral ganglia from T2-5 and a few neurons scattered in the trunk. |
