| 本试验研究了影响楸子(Malus prunifolia Boukh.)离体繁殖的有关因素。芽的增殖和生长适宜的BA和IBA浓度分别为0.5~1.0mg/L和0.5mg/L。山梨醇代替蔗糖以及附加赤霉素可促进增殖和生长。高浓度IBA和BA及山梨醇作碳源时易产生玻璃化苗。0.1mg/L的IBA诱导不定根较好。三十烷醇对增殖和生长以及不定根的诱导均具显著的效应。在较低温度下,用细沙作基质,喷布高脂膜或三十烷醇有利于试管苗的移栽成活,小植株大田移栽成活率为93~100%。 |

| In this experiment, some factors affecting in vitro propagation of Pear-leaf crabapple(Malus prunifolia Borkh. )were studied. The optimum benzy-ladenine(BA) and indole-3-butyric acid(IBA) concentration for shoot proliferation and growth, was 1.0 and 0.5 mg/L, respectively. Suppling Gib-berellic acid(GA) and using sorbitol instead of sucrose promoted proliferation and growth. Sorbitol and higher concentrations of BA and IBA caused vitrified shoots. IBA at 0.1mg/L was most favourable for rootiag. Triaconta-nol had significant effect on proliferation and growth and rowing. The survival rate was greatly raised by transplanting rooted plantlets in lower temperature condition, using sand as transplant wedia and spraying antitr-anspirant or triacontanol. The survival rate of plantlet transplanted in field was 93~100%. |
