| 大量检测表明,目前多数S195柴油机工作在非正常技术状态,使有效功率降低,耗油率增加,浪费了大量燃油。本文从理论上分析了燃油系中柱塞付密封性、供油提前角、喷油压力和出油阀密封性等参数对发动机性能的影响。通过正交试验,定量分析了各参数值及各参数值之间的交互作用对S195柴油机经济性的影响;提出了根据柱塞付的不同密封性、磨损程度,调整供油提前角的新观点和修正值。 |

| The vast investigation shows that most of s195 Diesel Engines do not operate at their optimum conditions at the present. This causes more power loss and feul consumption. Thus, a large amount of fuel is wasted. Theoretically, the paper analyses the effects of engine performance by the scalability of pumping elements, advance angular of feul supply, injection pressure and scalability of delivery valve. And the cross test is used to analyse the influence degree of parameters in different combinations of Sl95 Diesel Engines. A new viewpoint and amendment ars proposed to adjust the advance angular of fuel supply according to different scalability of pumping elements. This provides scientific basis for reasonable adjustment an 1 maintenance of Sl95 Diesel Engine. It is very import ant to improve economic efficiency of Sl95 Engine and to save feul. |
