| 本文概述了金丝蜜枣加工中青枣划痕工艺存在的问题,提出了青枣滚动划痕原理。解决了青枣划痕时要求深浅一致、宽度均匀、不重划、不漏划和连续加工等问题,又使同一划痕器对枣的直径适应范围可以从最小到最大,同时建立了青枣滚动划痕的数学模型及滚动划痕器的设计计算方法。 |

| This paper summarized the problems of notch-cutting existing in candied date processing, and suggested the principle of roll notch-cutting. The problems such as cutting uniformity both in depth and width ate solved with no repeation or escaping from cutting and eontinous processing and ensured that the same one notch-cutting machine can:be adapted to all dates with various diameter.And in the meanwhile, a mathematical model of rolling notch-cutting for green dates was stablished, the methods of designing and calculating of this machine were alto suggested. |
