本文详细讨论了峰值法载荷谱编制步骤,提出了不同工况合成时,均值的等效原则,以及最大载荷的计算方法,并编制了编谱全过程的计算机程序。

Abstract:

In this paper,the precedures of compiling peak-valley Load Specrtrum is discussed in detail,based on which the principle of equal effects of average values and the calculating method of maximum load are proposed.Also,the computer program for compiling the whole process of compiling load spectrum is contributed.
