| 采用胰蛋白酶消化法离解家免睾丸细胞,研究赖氏细胞在体外短期培养条件下的内分泌学特性。结果表明,LH/HCG 能够特异性地促进赖氏细胞分泌睾酮(T),而肾上腺素(E)却显著地拮抗 LH/HCG 所致的赖氏细胞 T 生成作用,LRH 对赖氏细胞 T 分泌似无直接作用,茶碱能够有效地提高赖氏细胞对LH 反应的灵敏度。 |

| In this experiment the rabbit testis cells were dispersed with trypsin digestive method.Under the short period incubation,the endocrinology character of the Leydig cells was studied in vitro.The results indicated that LH/HCG could specifically stimulate T secretion in Leydig cells;that eplnephrine (E) obviously antagonized the effect of LH/HCG on T production:that LRH had not any direct action to T secretion in Leydig cells;and that theophylline could effectively elevate the reaction sensitivity of Leydig cells to LH.It provided base data for establishing the sensitive LH/HCG in vitro bioassay. |
