| 本文以详细的气象资料为依据,对区划指标进行了计算分析,明确了陕西省风能资源的时间、地域分布状况以及风能资源量,对陕西省风能资源进行了区划,并进行了分区论述。在风能可利用地区实地考查的基础上,就陕西省风能资源的开发利用,提出了具体意见和措施。 |

| Based on the detailed meterological data,this paper calculates and analyses the indexes of regional division.It makes clear the timely and regional distribution of amount of wind energy resources in shaanxi Province.Also,it deals with regional division of wind energy resources in Shaanxi Province. Again,based on the field surveys in the usable wind energy areas, some concrete proposals and measures on the exploitation and utilization of wind energy in this province were advanced. |
