| 在密集笼养、频繁应激的条件下,对60只白莱航鸡在其日粮内分别加入“西农 A.S”添加剂和铁血矿物精等,进行间断或长期饲喂。通过对供试鸡的血浆皮质醇、皮质酮、血糖、白细胞数等项指标测定,结果表明长期饲喂“西农 A.S”添加剂的产蛋率较对照组和铁血矿物精组提高9.9—14.4%;蛋料比提高16—25.9%。同时,皮质醇和皮质酮具有相似的变化规律。作者认为,血浆皮质醇浓度可作为判定禽类应激的指标之一。 |

| 60 white leghorn layers,densily populated and reared in cage under frequent stresses,were fed with "Xinong A·S" additives and minerals containing Fe-blood added to their daily rations continuously and intermitently.Such indexes as plasma conticosterone,conticosterone,blood glucose and the number of white cells of the test Ieghorn layers were determined.Their results indicated that the egg-laying rate of layers fed with "Xinong A·S additive" for long in the experiment taining Fe-blood in the control group,and the ratio between eggs and feeds was rasised to 16-25.9％。Meanwhile,conticosterone and corticosteron had the same changing laws.Hence,the authors hold that the concentration of plasma conticosterone can be used an one of indexes in determing the stress of poultry. |
