应用“棉枯萎抗性定向培育法”育成西农岱16抗、中7抗、徐142抗

摘要:
1974~1979年我们创造了“棉枯萎抗性定向培育法”。用此法能不经杂交在3—5年内将原丰产、优质、而感病的品种定向改造为丰产、优质、高抗的新品种。在获高抗性后,其丰产、优质特性并未发生劣变,反而有所改进,在重、轻、无病地上都较原品种增产。西农岱16抗、中7抗、徐142抗等即用此法育成的新品种。本文介绍了这些品种的育成经过及其抗性、丰产性和品质。事实已证明本法的原理和方法是正确的。

Abstract:
We developed a directive cotton breeding method of resistance to Furarium through 1974-1979.By which all cotton varieties originally high-yieleing and fine quality but susceptible to Fusarium wilt can be directively transformed into the high yieding and fine quality ones with high resistance to Fusarium wilt within 3-5 years.without making any crosses After the high resistance to Fusarium wilt obtained,the original agronomy charcterisstic of high yields and fine quality of cotton cultivars also have been improved.The yield increase can be obtained in the serious disease affected fields/disease less affected fields/the disease affected field.Such new cotton varieties as Xinong D.P.L 16 Resistance/Zhongmian shou 7 Resistance/Xuzhou 142 Resistance have been developed with this method.This paper introduced the breeding processes of these new cotton cultivar and their hight-yielding characteristics,fiber qualities and theirdisease resistance etc.All the facts proved that the principle and technique approach of"the directive cotton breeding method of resistance to Fusarium"is perfectly right.
