关于普通化学中水相图画法的商榷

摘要:
现国内某些普通化学教材,在写到稀溶液通性所画水的相图,都把℃以上水的蒸气压曲线画的较缓,而℃以下冰的蒸气压曲线画得较陡。本文介绍了根据 Lange's Handbook of Chemistry 不同温度下蒸气压数据,实际作水的相图,结果是:℃以上水的蒸气压曲线陡于℃以下冰的蒸气压曲线,据此对水的相图的画法提出几点看法,供作商榷。

Disscusion on Drawing Method of water Phase Diagram in Common Chemistry Textbooks

Abstract:
The general characteristic of diluted solution was dealt with by drawing the water phase diagram in some current internal common chemistry textbooks in which the water steam pressure curve above 0 ℃ was drawn less steeper while the ice steam pressure curve below 0℃ was drawn steeper.Based on Lange's Handbool of Chemistry ,this paper introduce some data of steam pressure under different temperatures for actual drawing water phase diagram with the result that the water steam pressure curve above 0℃ was steeper than that of the ice steam pressure curve below 0℃.For this reason,some viewpoints on the drawing method of water phase diagram rer presented in this paper for further discussion.
