中草药复方添加剂对繁殖后期种公鸡精液品质及血浆生殖激素浓度的影响

摘要:
选朋80只50周龄尼克T种公鸡,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组16只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组为对照组,分别饲喂基础日粮和基础日粮添加鸡蛋,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组为试验组,分别饲喂添加水平为1%,2%,3%中草药复方添加剂的试验日粮,研究中草药复方添加剂对繁殖后期种公鸡精液品质及血浆生殖激素浓度的影响,以及种公鸡精液品质和血浆生殖激素浓度的关系。结果表明,日粮中添加中草药复方添加剂能显著提高种公鸡的精液量和精子活力,以及血浆中睾酮、促黄体素、促卵泡素浓度,降低精子畸形率,其中2%添加组效果最明显。说明在繁殖后期种公鸡日粮中添加一定量的中草药复方添加剂可以显著提高种公鸡的精液品质和血浆生殖激素浓度。精液量与精子活力、精子密度、精子畸形率以及血浆T,LH,FSH浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05);精子活力与血浆T,LH,FSH浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05);血浆T浓度与血浆LH,FSH浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。

Effects of Chinese herb feed additives on sperm quality and plasma reproductive hormone in breeder cocks
Abstract:
80 fifty-week-old Nick T breeder cocks were randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ groups,16 cocks every group.Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were control groups.Two control groups were fed with basic diets and basic diets with eggs respectively.Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ groups were treatment groups.Three treatment groups were fed with basic diets added at doses of 1%,2%,3% Chinese herb feed additives respectively to study effects of Chinese herb feed additives on sperm quality and plasma reproductive hormone in breeder cocks.The results showed that:the diets added with herb feed additives can improve sperm quantity and sperm activity of breeder cocks significantly,and the levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone and follitropin in plasma of test cocks improved significantly;the increase trend of abnormality rate of sperm was controlled,and 2% group was the best.So it could improve sperm quality and reproduction hormone levels of breeder cocks significantly when added Chinese herb feed additives in diets.The sperm quantity had a significant positive correlation with sperm activity,sperm density and the concentration of T,LH,FSH in plasma (P<0.05).The sperm activity had a significant positive correlation with the concentration of T,LH,FSH in plasma (P<0.05).The concentration of T in plasma was correlated significantly positive with the concentration of LH,FSH in plasma (P<0.05).
