用40kHz超声波水媒处理甘肃棘豆草粉1.5 kg。代替传统的索氏提取法或溶剂冷浸法,水提液浓缩除杂后,用正丁醇萃取,正丁醇萃取液用稀酸水萃取,浓缩后的稀酸水萃取液用氨性氯仿萃取,浓缩氨性氯仿萃取液成浸膏,此浸膏经石蜡油浴升华得到24 mg自色晶体。经薄层层析检验,可初步鉴定为苦马豆素。此法不用柱层析,简化了苦马豆素提取的步骤,提取率为16 mg/kg。 |

Abstract: |
1.5 kg Oxytropis kansuensis powder was disposed with 40 kHz ultrasound in water to substitute the traditional soxhlet extraction technology or the extraction in cold solvent.After concentration and removal of the impurity,n butanol extracted by sparse acid was employed.The concentrated acid liquid was extracted with ammoniated chloroform,which was then concentrated to residue.The residue was sublimed in 100 ℃ olefin and 24 mg white crystal,which was preliminary determined as swainsonine was collected.This method simplified the extraction and the extraction rate reached 16 mg/kg. |
