利用鉴别寄主法对40个新疆棉花枯萎病菌菌系进行了生理小种测定,同时采用nit硝酸还原酶缺陷型突变体技术对棉花枯萎病菌菌系进行了营养亲和性测定。结果表明,28个供试菌系高度侵染海岛棉、陆地棉及K102,属典型的7号生理小种,其余12个菌系在鉴别寄主上的反应与7号生理小种略有差异;供试菌系属于一个营养亲合群,且与7号生理小种的标准菌系相亲和,与3号、8号小种的标准菌系不相亲和;新疆棉花枯萎病菌依旧以7号生理小种为主。与以往的研究结果相比,新疆棉花枯萎病菌的群体组成基本没有发生变化。 |

Research on monitoring the population variation of cotton Fusarium wilt in Xinjiang |

Abstract: |
The physiological races of 40 strains of Fusaurium oxysporium f.sp.vasinfectum(Atk) Synder et Hansen in Xinjiang were identified with the method of identification host.At the same time,Vegetative compatibility of cotton Fusarium wilt was determined by the technology of nitrate reductase deficiency.The results show that 28 severely infected strains of cotton Fusarium wilt belong to the typical race 7 of sea island cotton,upland cotton and K102 and the reaction to the identification host of the other 12 cotton Fusarium wilt have little difference to the race 7.The whole tested strains belong to one vegetative compatibility group,which is compatible with standard strain of race 7 but not with standard strain of race 3 and race 8.The research result shows that race 7 is still primary in cotton Fusarium wilt in Xinjiang.Compared with previous research,the population components of cotton Fusarium wilt in Xinjiang have not changed yet. |
